Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy

Leela Hoedle
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist (BCST)

For over 30 years, I have been exploring and practicing meditation, personal growth, and various holistic healing modalities. My journey began in 1987 with Thai Acupressure Massage, followed by Tibetan Pulse Therapy.

In 2003, I completed a three-year training program at the International Institute for Craniosacral Balancing (ISBC) and became a certified Craniosacral Therapist (CST).

From 2007 to 2009, I served as an assistant to my teachers in the advanced training program in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and obtained my diploma as a Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist (BCST).

Since my training as a Craniosacral Therapist, I have continued my education in the following areas: Craniosacral Development, Prenatal/Birth Dynamics and trauma processing based on Dr. Peter Levine’s model Somatic Experiencing (SE), TRE (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises), Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Biodynamic Breathwork and Compassionate Inquiry (CI) by Dr. Gabor Maté. In 2025, I completed a six-month training program and became a certified Embodiment Coach (CEC).

From my own experience, I know how profound change can be when the body and nervous system are given the opportunity to move from tension and stress into a state of safety and balance.

Today, I support people who are exhausted, tense, or stressed due to challenging life transitions or difficult life events and who wish to experience greater relaxation, ease, and inner balance in their daily lives.
